Warranty
A valid invoice is required for warranty coverage or repair of your jewelry. The product will be inspected to determine if it is still covered under warranty. DIVINITY honors the warranty for jewelry purchased at regular price. For manufacturing defects during the warranty period, if repair is possible, it will be done free of charge; otherwise, we will exchange the product for a new one.
JEWELRY
A 1-month warranty is provided with the purchase of jewelry at regular price, starting from the date of purchase.The warranty covers: Stones, Clasps, Hinges, Welds, Plating.The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, stains), Damage caused by negligence.The warranty becomes void if the issue is due to mishandling, violent manipulation, or any other abuse.Depending on the damage, we will either repair the product free of charge or exchange it for a new one within the 1-month period.
REPAIRS
Repairs are possible after the warranty period expires.
Before sending a product for repair, please email a photo clearly showing the damage to info@divinity-shop.com so we can assess if your product can be repaired and provide you with an estimated cost.
